Refer friends or family to stay at any of our Iron Shore Properties, including:
- Coral Breeze - 2 bed, 2 bath ocean front condo
- Iron Shore Point Condos - 1-3 bedroom ocean front condos
- Half Moon Bay Condo at MK Apartments - 1 bed, 1 bath condo w/parking
When your referral completes their stay, you’ll earn a reward toward your next visit!
💰 Your Reward:
You choose your reward for each completed referral:
- One Free Night on your next booking (min. 3-night stay)
OR - 10% Off your entire next stay (no minimum nights required)
Reward can be applied to any future stay at any of the Iron Shore Properties location.
📝 How to Refer:
- Have your friend or family member mention your full name when they book directly with us.
- Once they complete their stay, we’ll notify you by email with your reward credit.
- Book your next trip and redeem your reward—simple as that!
📌 Terms & Conditions:
- Referred guests must complete a stay of 3 nights or more.
- Referrals must be new guests who have never stayed with Iron Shore Properties.
- Only one reward can be applied per future reservation.
- Rewards are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- This program applies to direct bookings only (not third-party platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo).
