Rules & Regulations
The following rules and regulations are to be followed and agreed upon for all rentals at MK Apartments, Iron Shore Point and Coral Breeze Condos. These rules and regulations are to help ensure that all guests and owners can enjoy the use of the condos. Please note the following:
Check In: 1pm-7pm Check Out: 10 am (later is possible, please inquire)
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
- Electricity - all units are individually metered and will be charged at the rate of $0.42/kwh. All units are given a $25 credit per stay.
- NO SMOKING! - must be done off condo - parking lots or garden etc.
- No outside or unregistered guests should stay in the unit.
- No drugs or prostitution activity.
- No hanging of towels, clothing, gear on balcony railings. All units come with drying wracks.
- Please remove shoes before entering to avoid tracking sand, insects, mud, etc inside.
- No glass bottles or cups at pool at the Iron Shore Condos.
- Iron Shore Condos may have 2 guests/family members at pool & palapa with registered guests - never to exceed 4 person from each reservation
