Condo is in a community with large pool, palapa & sun deck and ocean access. Brand new construction. Modern, clean, kitchenette, comfortable plush king bed, and spacious apartment with dedicated workspace with desk chair. Kitchenette has air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, 2 electric burners, microwave, mini fridge, blender, and basic flatware, plates etc. Guests will have access to their front deck, community pool and palapa. There is no parking available for cars. Motos and scooter parking only. Hi, we live on site and are available for guests who need assistance and island advice. Located in West End on the Iron Shore, 5 minute walk to Half Moon Bay beach, Sundowners, Sun Divers, etc. Located in a quiet residential condo community with a large pool, sun deck and ocean access. The Stoaway Gastrobar, Cafe de Palo and Fitness Studio is a 2 min walk. The walk to the village is all paved and well lit. Walking is the common mode of transport. Everything is a short few minutes walk on flat ground. There is no parking available at the condo or in west end. Paid parking lots can be found about a 7 min walk away. Drinking water in included. Electricity is charged by meter at $0.41/kWh. Guests are given a credit of $25 per stay. Most guests do not owe additional funds with responsible air conditioning usage.
