Welcome to tranquility in West End, Roatan. This oversized 1 bedroom 1 bath condo has a large living & kitchen area with wraparound deck with endless ocean & sunset views. The bedroom has a comfy king bed and dedicated work space overlooking the ocean. The condo has air conditioner in all the living spaces but also has 5 sliding glass doors to enjoy the breeze and views. Located on the ground floor for easy access to the community pool, palapa & ocean access for great snorkeling & swimming. Have full access to the condo and the amenities. This is our home, so when you are staying we will be off island. However, our neighbor is our property manager and is available in person or text. We will always be available via What's App text. Great community in West End along the iron shore of Roatan. The community has 11 condos with full time and short term rental residents. The community has a large pool, sundeck, palapa and ocean access for snorkeling. We are a short 7 minute walk to Half Moon Bay, Sundowners, Sundivers and all the restaurants and bars for entertainment. West End is a safe area on the island filled with expats and locals which offers a great mixture of comfort and exploration. The access is paved from the condos to the beach making for a well lit and easy stroll to the beach, veggie stands, minimarts, restaurants, dive operators and water taxi. Walking is the easiest. There is no parking available at the condo but everything is a short walk away (flat, no hills). Airport transport can be arranged and is $25 for direct of $35 with a stop at the large grocery store, Eldons. This unit can be combined with our one bedroom one bath with living area apartment to have an oversized two bedroom two bath. Perfect for 2 couples (max 4 people).
